Who did the master cleanse? and how much weight did u lose ?

I did it for cleansing even though I was thin. See site below about it and water fasting. It has quotes by 17 MDs. Beyonce lost 20 pounds in 10 days with the lemonade diet.

I lost 10 pounds on lemonade diet. Yeah the white coat in my tongue vanished gradually after I stopped doing the diet. and I had no smell problem at all.





However my piece of advice for you:





Dont drink the salt water laxative.





It's sort of come out again from my throat to my butt, so obviously my body is rejecting that substance to be digested. I found an article which stated the danger of salt water laxative, and I did the diet without the salt water laxative too.
