Master Cleanse... Can you use cayenne pepper pills, instead of cayenne pepper powder? If so how many per drink

Okay, so i am doing the master cleanse, and i was wondering if i can use cayenne pepper pills instead of cayenne pepper powder because it BURNS and it is GROSS. And if i can, how many pills per drink thankss!! Master Cleanse... Can you use cayenne pepper pills, instead of cayenne pepper powder? If so how many per drink
Oh yes, THE POWDER IS GROOSSS!!!





um on he first day i tried the powder is was killer, i didnt even mix it into my drink all i did was i mixed it in a cup of water i drank that then i drank my lemonade and mapel sryup but yeah i would say take the pill, it does burn inside, BUT it doesn;t want to make you puke


But again not all people can take the pills!

im gonna start this soon, so ive been watching vids on youtube like mad... ppl that seem to take the pills, take one pill a day... some ppl say though not to take the pills though, and just use the powder...

hola....yo pense que era la unica haciendo esta lokura, jaja, ya no me siento tan sola, la verdad es que ayuer fue mi primer dia y no pude llegar hasta el final del dia, porque el sabor del cayenne pepper, quema y es desagradable, la verdad es que seria genial si las pastillas tubiesen el mismo efecto...pero si no las encuentras o si prefieres no usarlas, hay cayenne pepper liquida y he oido que se pasa mejor, puesto de que no queda flotando en la limonada....


Suerte..yo recomenze hoy de nuevo y estoy decidida a ir hasta el final...al menos eso espero...
