1) use clean and clear wipes


2)toner put on cototn pad or wet pad or damp one?


3)moisturize how long i have to wait?

You can use the wipes before you tone and mositurize. After using, let your face dry for about one minute, then use a dry cotton pad to apply the toner. It's okay to use moisterizer right after the toner, or if you are more comfortable waiting until the toner drys a bit, then you can just wait to apply:)
