I would try and give it lots to drink, call your poison control center, or take him immediately to the emergency room.
Always have syrup of epicac on hand when there is a little one so that you can give them some to make them vomit. Read the label first. There are some things that you should never allow them to vomit back up. The label should tell you what to do in case they are swallowed.
Personally, I would take them to the emergency room.

Well, it's been 2 hours, if the child is still alive I'd dial 911
CALL POISON CONTROL.
