Okay, we have liquers suggestions. Cleanse palatte with....?

Someone made a good point in my last question. If we're doing a liquer tasting (and I loved your suggestions! I'm going with lots of them, especially the Godiva one. I'd forgotten about that!), we'll need something between each one to cleanse the palatte.

What's your suggestion for something to cleanse WITH?Okay, we have liquers suggestions. Cleanse palatte with....?
Ginger AleOkay, we have liquers suggestions. Cleanse palatte with....?
lemoncello
Wine tasters use a small piece of bread-since you seem to be going more for sweet drinks, maybe angel food cake?
Cleanse you palate best with champagne. The bubbles help a ton. If no champagne, try having some crackers, cheese and fruit ( grapes strawberries etc.) but nothing too over bearing in taste ( IE. Black olives, pickles ).

Enjoy the Godiva!!
A mild sorbet or Italian ice. Haagen-Daaz makes killer sorbets.
I suggest milk (like skim, no need for whole milk)
