The title really doesn't say much. Master cleanse is a pretty deficient diet.
So if a prescription is supposed to be taken with food, you might have some reactions to it that you wouldn't have.
If you are taking medications for diabetes, which are used to manage blood glucose, you may find that the dosage is too high and your blood sugar falls too low.
It is best to speak with your doctor about prescriptions when you are changing your diet so drastically.
