Has anyone actually used the colon cleanse stuff?

I've never done a colon cleanse but I did try what is known as a fiber cleanse. I don't think it is the same thing.





Anyway, it's like this 5 day liquid diet where you drink replacement shakes with snacks in between. I lost like 6 lbs.

I heard that stuff gives you the shits. not kidding, my friend took it before
i once used a product called super cleanse and it made me really sick. i think that stuff was too strong .
