I actually have a book by Ervin Staub titled ';The Roots of Evil: The Origins of Genocide and Other Group Violence.';





Though this does not specifically talk about genocide in the last 20 years, it explains the origins of it and how it is still happening today (though the novel was orginally written in 1989).

Well the murder of Kurds in Iraq would be one example. I can't really think of any other examples. I know that Cambodia had a genocide but that was about 30 years ago. Other than the ones you named I cna't think of any, except for the murder of Kurds in 1989 (around that year).., sorry
