I need to lemonade fast to cleanse?

it is my first time and my docter aproved. how many days and how to be able to exercise and not faint. . .

I would not do this for more than 3 days, and during these days perhaps don't worry about exercising. Your focus is on cleansing at this time, not a cardio workout, so obviously since your body will be trying to cleanse itself, and with the reduction of carbohydrates, your body will be wanting to rest and revitalize itself. I would check with a physician or a dietitian for proper advice though. You want to make sure you are not prolonging it any longer than necessary, and also allow your body the freedom to rest and relax. Also, don't come off it quickly by eating a huge meal afterward either. The doctor can give you advice on not only the proper length of the fast, but also how to come off of it too. Save the exercise after you have fully come off the fast, and then don't overdo it then either.I need to lemonade fast to cleanse?
I would not try it if you still have to exercise a lot. Since you haven't known your body endurance level with that kind of fast yet. Just delay the cleanse diet until you don't have to do heavy exercise.





One thing it is also better to do this lemonade diet after your period.





I lost 10 pounds doing this diet. And the minimum you should do it is for 7 days.


Although the cleansing diet asked you to drink salt water please don't drink it. I found a research that said that the salt water is dangerous for your body. Drink herbal tea laxative instead for your bowel.
