What exactly do you and dont you eat?Proper diet for a candida cleanse
I';m not sure on a ';cleanse'; but I've been told to eat lots of protien and a lot less carbs. Include some oregano supplements and probotics and stay away from any carbonated drinks. Sounds hard huh? :) Proper diet for a candida cleanse
The big ones to avoid are Sugar, Yeast, vinegar and alcohol.





Foods to Avoid





Aged cheeses, alcohol, chocolate, dried fruits, fresh fruits, fermented foods, mushrooms, vinegar, glutenous foods (wheat, rye, oats, barley), all sugars, honeys and syrups (that includes any 鈥榦se鈥? like lactose, sucrose etc), and foods that contain yeast or mold (breads, muffins, cakes, baked goods, cheese, dried fruits, melons, peanuts.





Foods to Eat





Vegetables (including plenty of raw garlic), Lean meat (chicken, eggs, fish), acidophilus, green algae鈥檚 (such as spirulina and chlorella), nuts, seeds and oils, and non-glutenous grains (like quinoa, millet, Brown rice, amaranth and buckwheat).
