The master cleanse: Yea or nay?

I've researched a lot about the Master Cleanse, and cleanses in general, and there seem to be pretty mixed reviews. Some people think they are downright dangerous. Has anyone done one or knows someone who has?The master cleanse: Yea or nay?
Hi Kureyon

Ive done several cleanses and know many people that have done the master cleanse with much success. Obviosly no one on this forum knows much about how to cleanse the bosy of toxins in the bowels or blood in general. This process helps eliminate those and gives the body rest from all the processed food and chemicals we put in the body daily.

I would use the master cleanse method with some juicing of organic vegetables to get more nutrients in your body, so you feel strong all day. Other cleanses I recommend are at these websites and more questions, please email me.

They are fine so long as they are done by a professional. You should visit a colonics clinic if you want to have a cleanse done. My friends pain management doc had it done and said she has never felt better in her life. Be safe though and have it done at a clinic by a professional. Doing it at home could be dangerous especially if you electrolytes get low after doing the cleanse.
You shouldn't do something like that for two whole weeks. That's what's dangerous. It's better to do a ONE DAY fast once a week for three weeks. That means, for example, ON SATURDAYS for three weeks. (Saturday is the Sabbath anyway). The body becomes too weak even if you stay in bed for two weeks, which is debilitating and your body won't like you.
Malic acis found in organic fruit juices do the same thing. Apple juice has the highest content. Apple cider vinegar (2 tablespoons)mixed with honey(1 tablespoon) and water(8 ounces) drank before every meal will also help cleanse your system from impurites
What are you talking about?
Salt water will make you very sick.So no thank you.
DO U MEAN ENEMA
An acquaintance had one. Didn't like it too much, but he said it left him brand new.
Nay ! God Almighty has given us a self cleansing system we do not need external aid to cleanse it. Our body can take care of itself. So it renders all Colon Cleansers Invalid, Master or Whatever :-) because its unnecessary to take .

Take Care and God Bless you all !
try eatting more grains and fiber its better than chemicals
If you are talking about a detox I did do one recently with a antioxident juice. It has made a tremendous difference in my health and in my (mmmmm) digestive system. Keep asking the questions and doing the research I did before I discovered the one I used but it is like anything else, what works great for one person may not for another but as for the general population most antioxidents work an a majority of folks. Best of luck in your path to cleansing, detox, better health and happiness
I know people who have done it and they are still alive. You just get pretty tired especially the first days. That kind of strict cleanse is not too bad for the body but you must make sure you don't have to be too active. Otherwise you might faint if you are not used to fasting.
duude, seriously , please explain your question
