I have done a colon cleanse in the privacy of my own home home using a powder called herbal fiber blend. It worked !


Fiberblend is not only cheaper than colon irrigation it is more effective as it cleans the small intestines as well. My wife also did the clense and had an unexpected side effect, she lost 2 kgs in weight.

You can get a colon cleanse product and do it yourself at home. That's what I do. I did a full 3 month cleanse at the beginning of this year.





Frankly, I was amazed (read, slightly horrified) :) at the results. It really gave me a good clean out and detox.





The one I used was Herbal Fiberblend. To be honest it tastes pretty nasty because of the herbs, but that's what makes it so effective so I put up with the nasty taste. Actually, I put it in grape juice to make it more palatable.
